All athletes wanting to participate in Fall Volleyball must: 

FIRST - Complete our Online Registration (link below).

NO ATHLETE MAY ATTEND PRACTICE UNTIL THEY ARE REGISTERED

• TOTAL COSTS:  $250   ($200 Season Registration  + $50 Lion Booster Deposit, which will be refunded when families return uniforms AND support the program with volunteer service at home games, etc.)     ECA/Schole students may deduct $25 from their Season Registration (no coupon needed).
• PAYMENT PLAN : If you prefer to spread out the cost of your athletic registration(s), you may choose our payment option:
• Due at Registration: $130 for non-ECA/ $105 for ECA & Schole students
• Remaining $120 paid in 2 installments of $60 each, due on Sept 1 and Oct 1
• ONLINE to ECA - We are working to launch a *new* online payment service soon!   Each family who would like to use this service will create an account with Eukarya, and may pay with credit card (service fees apply).   We hope to have this available by mid-Aug, and we will announce when it is ready. (Athletes will be given a grace period for first payments until this system is operational.)

• OFFLINE - to Office:  As always, you may avoid extra fees and submit payments by CHECK or CASH to the Eukarya Academy OFFICE (or mail to PO Box 664, Stephens City, VA 22655)  Please make checks payable to Eukarya Christian Academy.

• PLEASE BE DILIGENT TO GET FIRST PAYMENT MADE BEFORE GAMES BEGIN.  Players WILL NOT be rostered for games until they have begun payments for Seasonal Registration.  (Extreme delinquency may result in player also sitting out during practices.)

Please also submit a copy of a Sport Physical Form by Sept 1,  confirming your athlete's medical ability to participate.  

Please also DOWNLOAD the Sports Physical Form and return to the ECA office.  

Even though this is the Virginia HS League form, we ask that all students (HS/ MS)  use this form, so that we keep our record-keeping to league standards.
