All athletes wanting to participate in Winter Basketball must:

FIRST - Complete our Online Registration (link below)

NO ATHLETE MAY ATTEND PRACTICE UNTIL THEY ARE REGISTERED (no payment)

NEW THIS YEAR -- We will have 2 weeks of Registration and practice to form our teams.   After Nov 18, coaches will determine the roster of their teams. 

SECOND -- ROSTERED PLAYERS will then pay $250 Registration Fees.  (This total includes $200 Participation Fee and $50 Lion Booster Deposit.) 

NOTE:  You will receive your $50 deposit back at the end of the season after BOTH of the following two items have been satisfied:  Your uniform/equipment has been returned in playable condition AND  parent has participated in supporting the sports program by selecting from a list of volunteer options (gate, concessions, lining the field, time clocks, sports photography, etc).  

Eukarya Academy/ Schole families may deduct $25 from their payment.  

THEN - Please also submit a copy of a Sports Physical Form by Dec 1, confirming your athlete's medical ability to participate (if you have not already submitted this form this school year).
